Also, no photographs depicting illegal weapons, equipment, or techniques will be published. Only photographs taken during legal seasons, as well as those taken in accordance with the local hunting/fishing regulations, may be submitted.

- GuideOutdoors/The Sportsman's Guide is not responsible for the accuracy of material submitted and will not be liable for damages of any kind incurred as a result of publishing such material.
- By submitting photographs and/or stories to GuideOutdoors/The Sportsman's Guide, you authorize GuideOutdoors to publish same. Further, by submitting such photographs you warrant to GuideOutdoors/The Sportsman's Guide that any and all individuals have granted a release to publish that may be featured in submitted photographs. You also agree to hold GuideOutdoors/The Sportsman's Guide harmless against any and all claims arising from the publishing of photographs you submit.
