The New York Times D - Day Framed Coin and Stamp Collection. A tribute to American heroes.

Collection includes coins, stamps and a reproduction of the front page of The New York Times June 7, 1944 edition, so you can "read all about it"... meaning D-Day, the battle of combined American, British and Canadian forces which marked the beginning of the end of the war in Europe. Official reproduction is displayed in a 16 x 14" black wood frame, which also includes 6 genuine U.S. coins from the era, as well as 4 mint U.S. stamps. Includes certificate of authenticity.

  • Three 1944 Lincoln copper wheat ear pennies, marked Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco
  • One 1944 Jefferson silver wartime nickel, one 1944 mercury silver dime, one 1944 Washington silver quarter
