Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I live near the beach in So Cal, and the humidity is high much of the time. Since I have put them in my closets and gun safes, things are much dryer. Have to reset them often, but they work great. Have over a dozen, and will buy more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from work well If your safe is in a humid area expect to recharge these more often than every 30 days as the insert boasts. Solution, get a dehumidifier for that particular room and ensure the bottom of your safe is sealed and secure from leaching humidity. Once that is done, expect a 30 day recharge. These will not work to their full capabilities in an enclosed humid location by themselves. I have 16 of these spread out in four safes. I was recharging every week until I put a dehumidifier in my 8x10 storage area. Now they work at their peak potential.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep it dry without spillage Bought this to keep the humidity down around my rifles when stored. Moisture is a killer. Would like to see the clamp be able to be positioned for horizontal placement of unit other than that seems to work fine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gun saver.....Great to use with gun safes After getting and using a gun safe, I realized that it did not protect guns from the damage caused by the high humidity that naturally builds to unacceptable levels. This product, in my opinion, is an absolute must for a gun safe or any other enclosedcompartment in which high humidity levels can cause harm to stored items.
