- Details & Specs
Equipped for the hardcore hunter. Whether heading to your stand or to check your game cameras, the Rambo Power Bike will get you there faster. Because it's powered by a lithium-ion battery, there's no gas or exhaust smell to alert animals to your presence. Also, the electric motor is infinitely quieter than a combustible engine. Removing the smell and noises allows you to navigate your property without putting additional pressure on your game. Plus, you'll be able to get further away from your campsite because you'll have a motorized ride versus having to walk. But, the R750C is not only about speed and stealth, it's also about quality.WHY CHOOSE, WHEN YOU GET BOTH?
The R750C runs off both pedal assist and throttle modes. Most bikes either have one or the other. Rambo wanted to maximize the utility and enjoyment of the R750C, so they designed it with both. As soon as you begin pedaling, pedal assist smoothly starts. When you stop pedaling, the power stops. If you don't feel like pedaling at all, simply use the throttle and it'll move by itself. For those times you'd like to feel the burn, set the motor to 0 and you'll receive no pedal assistance.SPEED AND DISTANCE
All the features in the world mean nothing if the bike can't even make it to the store on the corner. The R750C is designed to go 19 miles without any pedal assistance or on a setting of 9. Obviously, if you use a lower setting the miles you'd travel would be higher. It has a maximum speed of 20 mph. This speed is also based on a setting of 9. But not to worry, if you run out of battery, you can simply pedal like a normal bicycle until you can get to a place to recharge or change out the battery.
IT'S GOT THE POWER
An electric motor is nothing more than a paperweight without a battery. Rambo decided to go with an ideal Green-power product, the Samsung® battery cell lithium-ion battery. With high-specific energy and a long life, it's a no-brainer. But, it's also able to perform in a large range of temperatures. This is a great bonus to the R750C, because not all hunters only hunt on 75° days. They needed something that could take the cold and the heat alike. Samsung fit that bill. The battery also has no memory effect meaning it has a consistent capacity, resistance, and voltage, even over time. Plus, the battery is maintenance free. It also has a USB port, in case you have to charge a phone or MP3 device on the move.
CONSTRUCTED FROM ONLY QUALITY PARTS
With names like Shimano, Promax, and Kenda, you'd think we were talking about a professional racing or stunt bike. Rambo went to every length possible to make this Bike unlike anything on the market. They wanted it to stand up to whatever a hunter could dish out. The only way to accomplish such a feat was to work with world-renown bicycle part manufacturers to create the R750C.
BRING IN THE JUGGERNAUT
Rambo turned to Kenda for the wheels. Known for BMX and racing tires, Kenda responded with the Juggernaut. This was their first experience with fat tires. They decided to look at their fattest off-road tires... motorcycles. Gathering inspiration from the championship winning Millville 2 tires, Juggernaut tires grip in any environment and have multiple sizes of tread height which optimizes its maximum performance. Talk about an unstoppable force.
STOP... IN THE NAME OF BRAKES.
SRAM was the only company for the brakes. They're as passionate about cycling as you are about hunting. Disc brakes were used for many reasons. The greatest reason is that disc brakes are unaffected by weather. It doesn't matter if it's raining, snowing, or hailing, they'll function exactly the same as if it's 95° and sunny. This is incredibly important if you're riding a bike through the dew laden grass on your way to your tree stand. The stealth of the bike would be destroyed if you couldn't stop. For this reason, and some others, Rambo decided on disc brakes and SRAM to make them for this outstanding Power Bike.
PLEASE, HAVE A SEAT
The seat of any bike has to be comfortable. For this necessary piece, Rambo turned to the silent giant, Velo®. Although not known, by name, by a lot of cyclists, Velo® makes nearly 100% of every enthusiast-level saddle sold. This is exactly what the R750C needed, someone who knew how to make a seat and to make them for the extreme hunter. Finally, they decided on the Velo® Plush®. This saddle provides exceptional comfort with Velo's patented double density technology and Arctech base design. They also add a high-density foam to support the rider's weight. So no matter where you ride, you'll always have unsurpassed comfort.
