Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't hesitate if you are considering buying one! After considering buying one of these for two years, we finally ordered one. GOOD MOVE! Used it to do clean up (outside) after grinding, stuffing, mixing and making pork sausage. As long as you have propane and a water supply, you have hot water. It works exactly as advertised. That being said, in order to get really HOT water (130°F) you need to back the water flow regulator down well below the 1.4 gpm output rating (it is winter and our incoming water is extremely cold). Not really a problem when used for rinsing greasy grinder and mixer parts. You wouldn't want to take a shower with the water that hot anyway! We used a hose and nozzle (we supplied) for rinsing and the hose swelled quite a bit due to the hot water and pressure when the nozzle was turned off. Otherwise no problems. The package comes with lots of adapters for different inlet/outlet options so you don't have to use the shower set up. My helpers thought it was so cool they each ordered one to take on our annual remote fishing trips to allow showering in the boat! Great idea, great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soo worth it. Best thing I've bought in 10 years. You have to buy 2 connectors for the hose end and the shower hose to a stronger one. I own 3 and had to do it on all of them. A $20 fix. The rest is awesome. To get outside and within 7 seconds have hot water steaming off you in the morning is great. I have turned many friends on to this and they are just as happy. Soo get 2 of these incase the world is coming to and end, you'll have a back up one..................

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful invention! I had a small water heater that I put on top of the stove for years, this heater is much easier. You do need a steady water supply and a trickle of water won't do it. I bought a 12 volt pump that I drop into the creek and it pumps enough water that I don't have problems with the water heater. It's pretty easy to 'fix' when there's problems, too. I use it for showers and washing dishes out in the woods. The first year I just nailed it to a tree.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It appeared to be a good item. I did not use it. It was bigger than I anticipated. I wanted to take in my travel trailer, but I just don't have the necessary space to carry it. So I returned it today.
