    Wool with cotton strap, nice quality and in good shape for WW2 military surplus, mine are stamped 1942, Made in Australia on the label. Makes an excellent pressure wrap for cold weather, just like it's designed to do, and will hold a big compress in place as if it was designed to do that, too.
