I&apos;m disappointed that it would be advertised as such. It even came with the commercial tag on it. It&apos;s sub-standard on quality compared to other US GI Issue equipment, although it does have a &quot;life time guarantee.&quot; It&apos;s also too small. Barely fits my 42&quot; waist or shoulders, doesn&apos;t hold much capacity. Might be perfect for a school girl, but not a grown slightly overweight man. It&apos;s similar to a US Army surplus but it&apos;s not surplus. </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2013-12-22</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2013-12-22" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="39918617"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="New U.S. Army Surplus Tactical Rucksack, Army Digital / Foliage Webbing" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">3</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">MICHAEL S.</span> from <span itemprop="name"></span> <span itemprop="description">This is a decent pack, but most definitely NOT a U.S. Military Surplus item. The company has been around for about 30 years and is the single largest Berry compliant pack supplier to the US armed forces. This pack is a VERY nice tactical rucksack. It has an internal frame which is intended to perform well when used in conjunction with body armor. It is pretty much one large compartment so if you want to separate gear buy dry sacks to subcompartment your equipment. This is the real thing so it will handle a heavy loadout. </span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2013-06-29</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2013-06-29" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="39918615"> <meta itemprop="itemReviewed" content="New U.S. Army Surplus Tactical Rucksack, Army Digital / Foliage Webbing" /> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">1</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span></span> by <span itemprop="author">CLAY</span> from <span itemprop="name"></span> <span itemprop="description">This is NOT surplus, as BLATANTLY, falsely advertised by SG.
