Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Metal Can with Inside Coating This is a high quality can with an internal coating to prevent rust. The ONLY negative is that the spout is NOT the same as the other NATO (style) cans offered by SG.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from German quality! Don't forget the spout(s), though! I have bought several of these for both fuel and water. This one will be for water and has been marked appropriately with a white X. Since I bought these previously, I obviously like them. They are German quality, so there is nothing much to add, except to remember to get a spout!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Item misadvertised! The NATO German gas can I ordered and received and returned, was not a gas can but water can because of the large mouth opening in the can, and should have been noted when they arrived in the warehouse. Also another giveaway would have been the standard NATO gas spout will not fit this can.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gas cans, good price. I would have given 5 stars if more time and packing materials had been used when packing them for shipping. The cans rubbed together and on the cardboard boxes which caused the paint to be worn off and in places down to bear metal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality Mine had some surfarce rust. But they are new old stock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality A couple had some surface rust. But remember that these are new old stock.I am going to get more of them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I knew these were the "old" style before purchasing them. Not a big deal if you have a funnel. As one reviewer previously said the inside of the cap may be a problem as it is the same paint as the exterior. My plans are to find a way to remove the exterior paint from inside the lid and then apply some Red Kote Gas Fuel Tank Sealer to it. That should do the trick.
