Details & Specs

Mesa Tactical® Saddle - mount SureShell™ Carriers for the 12 - ga. Remington® 870 / 1100 / 11 - 87.

Shell storage and mil-spec Picatinny rail all in one... Mesa Tactical®'s Saddle Carriers keep a tight fit with aluminum brackets that wrap around the top of your Remington's receiver and screw in with included hardware.

You get ultra-sturdy, ultra-secure carrying PLUS an mil-spec optics rail! Choose Standard Length (rail extends to the front of the receiver), Intermediate Length (rail runs 2 3/4" past the front receiver), or Full Length (rail runs just beyond the barrel's magazine lug). The rail comes notched at the rear to accommodate ghost ring sight.

Super strong! Each one is machined from aircraft aluminum, then bead-blasted and hard-anodized for a strong, non-glare finish in your choice of matte black or Realtree® APG HD® camo. We've got options galore for size, finish, and rail length... find the one that works for you and call us today! All screws and hardware included.

NOTE: For Full Length, choose barrel clamp or mag clamp. Full Length rail sizes are compatible with Remington factory magazine extensions anyways. For 6 and 8-shell Carriers, you must use a tactical forend that does not overlap the receiver.

Triggers

This article could trigger some argument. Or better shooting. Triggers are often an overlooked part of shooting accuracy. We go bananas over calibers, barrel diameters, stock bedding, and scopes -- and ignore our triggers. Yet, a bad trigger can negate $2,000 worth of accuracy-enhancing custom accuracy work!

Gun Vises Are Handy

The messy workbench syndrome can be a problem when it comes time to clean or work on firearms. Have you ever thought about trying to use a gun vise? It's not a cure-all for a disorganized workbench, but it can make life a lot easier when you work on your guns.

Get Accuracy By Using A Shooting-Sticks Bipod

Hunters go to ridiculous lengths to squeeze that last little bit of accuracy out of their rifles. They'll invest hundreds of dollars in guns and ammo and hundreds of hours of practice to get their groups one-half-inch tighter. But for less than $1 and one-half-hour at the workbench, you can increase your actual "hunting" accuracy 25 percent or more. All you have to do is make yourself a shooting-sticks bipod.
