Im still breaking these in and they seem so light duty I wonder how they will perform out on the trail? I think they seem that way due to the extreme light weight - if they are indeed waterproof and the seams can take the abuse I plan on giving them then I will enter another positive comment.

I was skeptical as to the fit because they were only medium width. I wear wide shoes/boots. These fit just fine and are quite comfy. I would recommend to others.

These are good quality. Lite and easy to walk in. I walked all day in them tr first day no problems. The extra pad for narrowing the shoe inside works great

My boots fit like a glove they're everything that was promised and then some. I'm the type of person that gets a new pair of shoes/boots every 4-5 years, so they'd better be quality footwear to last that long....I'm very picky/fussy about my shoes...I'm completely satisfied, so comfortable and lightweight, I could sleep in them.

Cleaning, Caring For Hiking Boots

Properly fitting hiking boots are one of the most important pieces of outdoor equipment you will own. A pair of muddy boots may be a romanticized, rustic image on the trails, but in a closet the same dirty boots are damaging them -- particularly if they are leather. To ensure you get as many miles as possible from your hikers, let's look at how to clean and care for them.

New Boots: Breaking In Is Hard to Do

I have this embarrassing tendency to get emotionally attached to inanimate objects such as cars, bicycles and camping gear. It can be hard to let go of something in which I've invested hours of emotion. But sometimes, a girl must move on. A recent case in point: replacing my favorite hiking boots.

Hiking: The Eleventh Essential

It doesn't take much in terms of altitude gain, weather shift, or getting lost to make the "10 Essentials" of hiking seem pretty darned -- well, essential. Here is my version of the list.

Outfitting Your Feet For Fishing

What anglers choose to wear on their feet can have a direct impact on their comfort level for the day -- if you're like most anglers, those can be some pretty long sessions out on the water!

All-Day Fishing: Fending Off Fatigue

How do you feel after a full day of bass fishing? Fatigued I bet -- me, too! Whatever the day presents, as a tournament fisherman, I want to minimize the "drain" so my mind and body stays active with the task on hand. That's because I've learned that fatigue can diminish my results. However, I can do a bunch of little things to help manage it. So here's a few things (in no particular order) that I pay attention to in order to stay alert.
