Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its a good tool, although a little pricey.... They're good. I have used one many times. Bought this one as a xmas gift. Only weakness I see is the blade tip can be broken off.

HME Tree Stand Lift System. Makes install easier and safer!

Installing a fixed-position tree stand can be risky business, whether you're young or old. Luckily, the HME Tree Stand Lift System has solved a lot of the difficulty and danger involved.

Here's out it works...

1) Screw in the support hook into the tree, above where you want the tree stand to hang. Then place the Lift System hanger onto the support hook and let hang.

2) Place the ratchet strap through the slot at the top of the Lift System and tighten the ratchet strap until the lift system is secure to the tree

3) Attach the rope to the back of the tree stand seat bracket

4) Hoist the tree stand into position.

After the tree stand is hoisted into position, tie off the end of the rope to a nearby tree or something strong enough to hold the weight of the treestand.
