Hogue Monogrip Soft Rubber Grips With Finger Grooves, Taurus Medium And Large Frame Square Butt is rated 4.3333 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but doesn't Fit Taurus 82 1996 perfectly... It's a very nice grip. I have a 1996 Taurus Model 82 and it does not fit perfectly: theres a small gap between the grip and the outside corner of the square butt, it's not totally flush at the bottom. But this is not that bad and is not something that is a big deal for me. If you're really picky about the "look" of your gun then you might want to think again but if you're just looking for a new, more comfortable and functional grip then this one will work just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Upgrade for smaller hands The stock rubber grips on my Taurus 66 revolver were nice looking and functional in reducing recoil, but covered the backstrap which made for a slightly longer reach for my trigger finger. The Hogue Monogrip leaves the backstrap open and works better for double action shooting with my smaller hand (& shorter finger reach). The Hogue grip doesn't fit precisely along the backstrap, but that's hardly noticeable and may pull together with more use. In theory the open backstrap may transfer more felt recoil than the stock grip but I haven't noticed that when shooting my current loads. It does exactly what I wanted, i.e. increased my finger reach on the trigger for better double action shooting. If you have larger hands or different trigger control your results may differ from mine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The grips replaced the original oversized Taurus grips on a model 82. They feel great and are less bulky. The only gripe I have is that the instructions don't tell you that you need to remove some material from the inside bottom of the grips to fit the Taurus. This was easy to do with a long, thin (fillet) knife.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent grips...had to use a slightly longer screw for my particular application but overall a good set-up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not exactly what I wanted but far better than factiry grips on my 44 mag. For the price and number of times I use this gun it will work out great.
