Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thread wear I like the pants and they have a good design and they fit well BUT the threads are already fraying in the seat area. The polyester thread that is use is very cheap and I'll have to mend them. I've only worn them for about 2 weeks time and are coming apart at the seams. The nylon material is of good quality and doesn't show any sign of wear. The other part that I had to repair before I noticed the seat seam wearing was the fly button thread broke, so that had to be sewn back on and that was the beginning of the failures of these pants. I would NOT recommend these pants only because of the poor quality of the thread used.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good deal I bought these and some Columbia zip off pants at the same time. The GuideGear pants have much better features. Two front and back pockets vs. two front and one back pocket for the Columbia. Both have cargo pockets. Guide Gear also has a fly and button front, while the Columbia has none...a plus for the GG pants. The GG pants also have zippers at the cuffs to allow easy slip on and off over boots. The biggest con for the GG pants are that they are very noisy. Hopefully a few washings will quiet them down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants for a GREAT PRICE!! I'm wearing these pants right now as I type this review and they are about to become shorts as the weather changed from a cool morning to an unseasonably warm day. They have tons of pockets and the included belt is an excellent feature. I'll be ordering another pair or two for myself and a few more for some of my envious employees!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pants I received are labeled as Shell: 100% Nylon and Trims: 100% Polyester. They are made in China(RN#80461). These are very different from the two pants I ordered previously from you: 100% Nylon made in Cambodia(Sierra experience). While the description in your catalog is the same for both sets of pants, the quality, the look and the feel are worlds apart. The pants from China are shiny, cheaply made and of poor quality. Suggestion...go back to the Sierra pants. Zippers are cheap. Waist ba
