Reviews
Guide Gear Digi Camo 10 Degree F Mummy Bag is rated 4.2857 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lightweight, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO 10 degree bag. Bought this as a lightweight bag for scout camping. When I opened it up, looked very thin for a 10 degree bag. Familiar with the "Guide Gear" brand, never been disappointied. Took it on our last camp out, temps. got down into the mid 20's in a tent. Lasted about 2 hours before I had to put it inside an older 20 degree bag. In reality this is about a 40 degree bag. It compresses pretty small in the stuff sack included. Sportsman's Guide stood behind it (as they always do), and I sent it back. For the money it would make a decent 40 degree bag, but, not even close to 10 degree rating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not to bad The bag felt very light when i got it. I thought there is no way it can keep you warm in 10F weather. I have only got to try it in 60F with only wearing underwear and no t-shirt. i was very very comfortable, not cold or hot. I never plan to camp in 10F anyway.Because it is so thin. I would recommend you have a padding to go underneath it to sleep on.I really like the case that come with the bag after you roll it up. This bag will be great to take on my next camping trip.

Guide Gear® -15° Fleece lined Sleeping Bag. Goosebump proof. WARM! SAVE BIG BUCKS!

"Not all who wander are lost." Tolkien's famous quote seems to ring true for my younger days when I would throw caution to the wind and stop the car at any nice looking pad of ground or mountain view and unroll the sleeping bag. I probably would have braved it all the way through the night if my bag was rated to -15°F like this baby. Because I deal directly with the maker, the middleman is out. This saves you cash.

Good stuff:

  • Oversized 39 x 90" for plenty of room
  • 7 lbs. fill weight of warm polyester fill insulation
  • Black cozy fleece lining
  • Olive green water-resistant rip-stop outer shell
  • Smooth operating zipper
  • Quilted stitching
  • Heavy-duty compression sack for compact storage. Imported.

Take advantage of all of this warmth and all these features!
