Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was excited about the product because my heater wasn't working and needed something in the mean time until I could fix my heater. Cold morning and the heater would not turn on, finally got it on and it shut right off. After playing with it for a while and then contacting customer service I was told that it might be a defect...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am not satisfied with the Defroster/Heater. The unit does not heat the inside of the car on a cold morning. It won't even melt any of the ice on the windshield after a short time of fifteen minutes, I can barely feel warm air coming out of the vent and that is after twenty four hours of charging. I would return but it will cost me a lot of money to ship the battery.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money on this product. It has neither enough heat or air output to defrost a windshield or warm a vehicle. I tested it in mid 20 degree weather. After running it for 10 minutes,it defrosted an area a little smaller than a volleyball. In colder weather,I'm sure you can imagine it's ineffectiveness. Item was promptly returned for refund. Your money would be better spent on a remote car starter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from tested unit in house havent used yet in actually cold conditions.. it seems like it will heat up the window area and speed up the time it takes to safely drive with an ice free window.. so looks like it will work but the jurys still out
