Guide Gear 10' Elevated Hunting Platform is rated 3.6538 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what is seems. I put the stand together with my son. The directions were as sorry as sorry gets. 3 separate boxes arrived to try to sort through. Missing some bolts and washers. Wasn't the easiest to assemble. The Ad for this says, powder-coated to prevent corrosion. I had it outside for 1 week and the entire stand, bolts and washers where completely rusted. Must of used a Crayola to paint on the finish. Stand seems sturdy but not thinking it will last long when snow flies and the rust gets worse..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for. From the photos the tower looked sturdy. But the metal pieces are pretty small in diameter. I would not expect it to last more than 5 years due to rust and weather stress. It arrived in 3 boxes via FedEx Ground, beat up, flaps open, holes in boxes, and small hardware pieces floating around and out. Once assembled (you will scratch your head more than once during this) it is very stable. But I plan to add 4 guy wires from the corners. The ladder is a joke. You cannot get 2 feet on the same rung. It is in 3 sections and flexes way too much at the bottom joint for me to feel comfortable. The "handrail" is a useless sliver of metal that I doubt anyone will use. Again I will add my own ladder up the side. I wonder if anyone else has thought of this: due to all the bracing, the opening in the side of the tower where you crawl through to access the ladder is very narrow and close to the ground. Anyone around 200lbs and above wearing a heavy coat is going to have difficulty getting through there. If you have any age on your bones, double that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have not put this stand together yet, but if it is like the rest of the stands I have purchased over the yrs, I'm sure I will have no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very strong and stable. Holds up a "Snap-Lok"4'x 6'bling on top. Used a 4'x6' sheet of 7/8" outdoor plywood to extend the top to be able to hold up the blind. Covered it with the cammo netting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Directions were adequate. We took the time to label and organize all of the different size nuts and bolts made assembly easier. Three boxes all came together and in good shape with all parts present. Good value for the money.
