Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, bargin price Worked as advertised, focuses well, easy to use. the only issues being excessive magnification, wish it was only 2x and the daylight cap was a bit more sturdy. Overall still excellent deal and works well even in total darkness out to 20yds. worked well when combined with a M68 Aimpoint sight as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Price - Good Product Tried it out in dim light and total darkness. I was impressed. I have used night vision before and this seemed to be functional for my limited usage. Only issue was box previously opened and might have been a return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super quality - even tho' Made in Russia Got this night vision monocular day before the power went out in wee hours of the morning. Took it out of box and set it up by glow of oil lamp in my kitchen. Took it outside to survey the neighborhood on very dark, cloud covered night. Ambient light was well under 1 lux natural light (nearly totally black). Quality looked better than the newscast videos of military night vision. Quality excellent out to past 100 yards. EZ to focus and operate. Spotted Racoon about 50 yards away. Cost / performance ration = EXCELLENT.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good scope for the price Very easy to use and image is sharp. Field of view is a little smaller than I expected but still OK. Good value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product I had another brand I used in OEF/OIF this one although a bit bigger is better quality and has the added benefit of FOV/distant viewing(although marginal). Mine worked very well with only minor spots. The IR lights up well enough and the adjustment for zoom seems to work fine unlike other reviewers, it has indicator LEDs to let you know both IR and NV capability are activated. This is my second optic from firefield and im happy with both. Well worth the price to have Night vision capabilities for whatever reason you may need it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disapointed I was very excited to receive the Monocular.I have deer, fox and all sort of wildlife around me.That night I took it out the first night to see if I could see all of the wildlife and it(the monocular would not focus. The IR worked but it will not focus. It's like the focal length stops before it reaches that point.I've turned the Oj.lens and the eye piece with no luck. The focal length isn't long enough.I'm sending it back and I hate it.
