Famous Trails FT-700 3.8x85 Night Vision Monocular is rated 3.9167 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent for the price Took awhile to get it focused but finally got it working. The view is very small and kind of grainy but decided to keep it. Only thing is if you use the beam you will be seen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Easy to set up and use, light, fits the hand well. I haven't used it enough continuously to see how long the batteries last, but they are AA cells and it's easy enough to carry spares. Speaking of batteries, the battery cover is a weak spot on the device and you need to be gentle with it. The IR illuminator works well out to about 20, 25 yards. Overall, I'm pleased with this device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super service! This product was given to a friend as a Christmas gift. The optics are amazing, the quality is superb. My friend loves it and hopes to get many years of use from it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only tried this out a couple of times and its seems to work pretty good for the price of the item. The instructions are very vague that came with the item. You need to figure out how it operates on your own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from IR works well up to 60-70 yards fairly good detail. I personally have good night vision, and find starlight to be some what better than no vision aid. On a cloudy night, no moon or light of any kind. I can distinguish the general terrain , large objects, road, vehicles, fence post, ect. The scope would work for simple night navigation. It is not detailed enough for spotting animals or human face requinization.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just rating average because this is my first NV, but it does work. Dual focus is hard to use. Used on a moonless night in a blind 50 yds from a feeder. Could not see feeder without, but could see it easily with NV and vaguely make out the legs. Pressing the IR button, could easily see the legs and could see into the treeline and animal eyes glow bright. Unfortunately no pigs showed up, but it would have done the job. Easily watched a buck at the feeder although couldnt see antler branches.
