Only tried this out a couple of times and its seems to work pretty good for the price of the item. The instructions are very vague that came with the item. You need to figure out how it operates on your own.

IR works well up to 60-70 yards fairly good detail. I personally have good night vision, and find starlight to be some what better than no vision aid. On a cloudy night, no moon or light of any kind. I can distinguish the general terrain , large objects, road, vehicles, fence post, ect. The scope would work for simple night navigation. It is not detailed enough for spotting animals or human face requinization.

Just rating average because this is my first NV, but it does work. Dual focus is hard to use. Used on a moonless night in a blind 50 yds from a feeder. Could not see feeder without, but could see it easily with NV and vaguely make out the legs. Pressing the IR button, could easily see the legs and could see into the treeline and animal eyes glow bright. Unfortunately no pigs showed up, but it would have done the job. Easily watched a buck at the feeder although couldnt see antler branches.

This is a Russian product with a Russian test report. The product works well for what it is. No complaints.
