Rated 3 out of 5 by from Best for dry environments only Bought these for a ministry for the homeless. The minister recognized them right away, and said "They're great unless they get wet." Easy to understand that. He'll give them to folks who have a room, tent, or car.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from you get what you pay for these are fine as an emergency blanket but beware that their thickness is irregular and that where the thickness is thin you can see through the area. if you must wash them, mostly to get rid of a chemical smell, use the gentlest cycle possible and air dry them (they dry quickly).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thin and smelly I wasn't expecting much and got about what I expected. Should be fine as emergency blankets in the cars but I wouldn't want to sleep with one. Definitely smell of something. You can see thru them if you hold them up to the light but two should do if you get stuck in your car in a snow storm. If you expect something more like an army blanket these aren't like that at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The had a weird chemical smell, Which after I aired for a few day got a little better. However, they were a good value for the money which I will used as moving bankets
