Rated 2 out of 5 by from The lift is too small to use on my tractor. It is designed to accomadate up to 42" lawn tractors. Unfortunately, there is no place that states that. Neither the catalog nor the directions indicate that. 46" decks are quite common, so I assumed that the lift would work with my tractor as the weight limits(1000 lbs.) were within the guidelines. However, the distance between the wheel stop and the crank is only about 44". The lift is a good idea, but only works on smaller tractors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed. No more lifting my tractor with a traditional jack that is dangerous. This is making it safer and easier to maintain the mower blades & deck. If you own a lawn/garden tractor, this is a must have!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing I can say about the lifter is why didn't I buy the lifter years ago? It was easy to assemble right out of the box with simple hand tools. The lifter is great for safely lifting my Toro riding mower for sharpening the blades or removing hung up wire or rope and doing maintenance. It's not too heavy at 38# for me as a fifty-two year old woman to pick up and move inside the house when not in use.
