Dave Barnhouse Art Print "Warmth of Home".

My friend, the artwork of Dave Barnhouse is exceptional... there's no other word to describe it! My wife and I enjoy it so much that I decided to try and get some for my good Guide customers. Well, I was able to get a limited supply of high-quality Prints that are framed just right to bring out their depth of color and richness, and I'm very happy to be offering them to you here in my online store. Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. I've priced this beauty within easy reach, so reserve yours now before they're gone!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Warmth of Home"! Framed in Dark Rustic with Gold overhang molding, Dark Blue top mat and an Autumn Gray inner mat. Looks like evening is coming in this memory evoking scene!. I have real happy memories of the nippy midwest weather... (hoping for snow to slide on!), and the excitement I felt during those days just before Christmas! Decorations are up already in this Print, the moon breaks through cloud cover to cast a glow as Grandpa pulls up with his trailer loaded with wood. Grandma's serving her hot chocolate to one of the kids. She makes it from scratch ... not just powder stirred into milk and heated in the microwave! The artist says, "we all know that being part of a family, and having friends in the neighborhood, is the real warmth in one's life."

Dave Barnhouse treasures his country background, and it shows in his distinctive style! Every piece he creates recalls his fond memories of rural and small town America... and makes the viewer feel a sudden, delightful rush of country memories. They let me easily imagine that I'm actually present, and part of the scene! Dave's art has earned many awards and honors. He has been voted one of America's most popular artists by U.S. ART Magazine, and was twice included in Inform Art's "Top Ten Hottest Artists" list.

He is quoted as saying, "I want my art to make people feel as if they were back home on a Friday evening, so they can experience the warmth of a cozy fire and smell the homemade bread and cookies coming from the oven," he says. You'll agree that it does that and more each time you enjoy it on the wall of your home or cabin! A biography of Dave Barnhouse is included with every Print you order from the Guide. Made in the USA. Measures 27 x 37".

Enjoy the great beauty and meaning of a Barnhouse Framed Print.

Dave Barnhouse Art Print "Pitchin' For a Double Ringer".

My friend, the artwork of Dave Barnhouse is exceptional... there's no other word to describe it!  Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. We've priced this beauty within easy reach, so reserve yours now before they're gone!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Pitching For a Double Ringer"! Molding is Dark Rustic, and it's set off by a Light Brown top mat and a Dark Blue inner mat. The TV is a great invention, but there's no doubt about it... many kids and plenty of us adults as well spend WAY too much time glued to the tube. It hasn't always been that way! Before it captured the bulk of our free time, families occupied their leisure time with other things such as a competitive, but friendly game of horseshoe.

Barnhouse sets this scene with two traveling salesmen in their white shirts being persuaded to forget about the business at hand in favor of a few tosses. The locals, including Aunt Lillian, will soon be stepping up to take on the winner. The salesmen, perfect strangers... brand-new in town, do not know that "our Lillian" is one of the area's "hot ringers". You can't help but wonder what wily bet she will offer the city slickers before the game begins!

Dave Barnhouse treasures his country background, and it shows in his distinctive style! Every piece he creates recalls his fond memories of rural and small town America... and makes the viewer feel a sudden, delightful rush of country memories. They let you easily imagine that you are actually present, and part of the scene!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Evening at The Paramount"! Framed with Dark Rustic molding, Light Brown top mat and a Smooth Black inner mat. It's opening night for The very first movie starring Elvis Presley was "Love Me Tender"... and it's opening tonight at the Paramount. To get the "best seats" locals have walked or driven to the theater. Then a '55 pink and white Caddy stops out front, and it's followed by a '47 Lincoln Continental. Everyone's shocked (and pleased, of course) to see Elvis himself jump out of the Cadillac, and make his way to the ticket office!
