Dave Barnhouse Art Print "For Top Honors".

Critics and just ordinary country art lovers like me rate the work of Dave Barnhouse as exceptional! Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. We've priced this beauty within easy reach, so reserve yours now before they're gone!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "For Top Honors"! Framed with Brown with copper and copper overhang molding, top mat and a inner mat. The artist always thought that most folks' favorite "don't miss it" event at the State Fair was the tractor pull. This friendly competition is on good-natured rivalry between contestants who are loyal to John Deere or another brand of tractor like Farmall. The winner has a big reason for bragging rights!

Dave Barnhouse treasures his country background, and it shows in his distinctive style! Every piece he creates recalls his fond memories of rural and small town America... and makes the viewer feel a sudden, delightful rush of country memories. They let you easily imagine that you are actually present, and part of the scene! Dave's art has earned many awards and honors. He has been voted one of America's most popular artists by U.S. ART Magazine, and was twice included in Inform Art's "Top Ten Hottest Artists" list.

He is quoted as saying, "I want my art to make people feel as if they were back home on a Friday evening, so they can experience the warmth of a cozy fire and smell the homemade bread and cookies coming from the oven," he says. You'll agree that it does that and more each time you enjoy it on the wall of your home or cabin! A biography of Dave Barnhouse is included with every Print you order from the Guide. Made in the USA. Measures 15 x 28.

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Perfect Tree"! Frame is Gold with carved outer and inner edges.

Imagine the ideal holiday winter evening," Barnhouse comments. "The snow is gently falling, the temperature mild and there's only the hint of a breeze." Excited members of a local family are parked in front of Bill Roe's Blacksmith Shop while they search for the perfect Christmas tree.

Typical sounds emanate from inside the blacksmith shop as they do their merry search.. Before too long, we'll probably catch the happy, excited shouts from the children in the family as they load the perfect tree into the pickup... ready to be decorated when they reach home!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Yesterday's Hero"! Framed in Dark Rustic with Gold overhang molding, Light Brown top mat and Dark Brown inner mat. The last race is over, the dust is settling on the track and while the folks make their way out, the kids jump at the chance to get an autograph from their hero. He fulfills their wishes as he nonchalantly perches on the hood of on the '64 Ford Galaxy he drove to victory. Other competitors are shown tinkering with their "babies" before driving off. Note that the '65 Chevy 2-door hardtop is shown, and there are sponsor logos visible on the cars. Oh yes, and do you remember Pure Oil? Dave does because this was one of the favorite times of his life... full of very happy memories!

Dave Barnhouse Art Print "Spirit of Giving".

The artwork of Dave Barnhouse is exceptional... there's no other word to describe it! My wife and I enjoy it so much that I decided to try and get some for my good Guide customers. Well, I was able to get a limited supply of high-quality Prints that are framed just right to bring out their depth of color and richness, and I'm very happy to be offering them to you here in my online store. Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. I've priced this beauty within easy reach, so reserve yours now before they're gone!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Spirit of Giving"! Framed in molding that's Dark Rustic with Gold overhang, Dark Blue top mat and Autumn Gray inner mat. A farmer on his Oliver tractor has donated time and equipment for the annual Salvation Army sponsored holiday hayride. It's a cold evening and the riders have s stopped at The Salvation Army... perhaps for a cup of hot chocolate to warm them for the rest of the ride. This nostalgic Print is a reminder that young people are the the most precious resource we have, and that The Salvation Army is "on guard" not only in times of crisis, but also in the quieter moments of everyday life. I take my hat off to the humanitarian work of this organization who is on the spot to help all those in need, regardless of race, nationality, religion or any other consideration!
