Dave Barnhouse Art Print "Back Home Again".

My friend, the artwork of Dave Barnhouse is exceptional... there's no other word to describe it!  Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. We've priced this beauty within easy reach, so reserve yours now before they're gone!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Back Home Again"! Framed in Brazilian Walnut molding, Dark Blue top mat and Autumn Gray inner mat. Can you tell that Dave Barnhouse loves machinery generally and tractors specifically? (There's a Farmall in the background.) He has added subtle evidence of his deep feelings of patriotism as well... notice the yellow ribbon tied around the tree, and the Stars and Stripes hanging on the barn's back wall. The yellow ribbon was tied for the young man serving in the armed forces who has now come home, and is telling stories to those who are welcoming him home after his valiant service.

Dave Barnhouse treasures his country background, and it shows in his distinctive style! Every piece he creates recalls his fond memories of rural and small town America... and makes the viewer feel a sudden, delightful rush of country memories. They let you easily imagine that you are actually present, and part of the scene! Dave's art has earned many awards and honors.

He has been voted one of America's most popular artists by U.S. ART Magazine, and was twice included in Inform Art's "Top Ten Hottest Artists" list. He is quoted as saying, "I want my art to make people feel as if they were back home on a Friday evening, so they can experience the warmth of a cozy fire and smell the homemade bread and cookies coming from the oven," he says. You'll agree that it does that and more each time you enjoy it on the wall of your home or cabin! A biography of Dave Barnhouse is included with every Print you order from the Guide. Made in the USA. Measures 15 x 29.

Feel the charm of rural Americana, and enjoy the richness of color in Barnhouse's "Celebration of The Past"!  The "big days" of rural life always included events like this Print shows. From his own memory of the 50s and 60s, Dave recalls a lineup of John Deere tractors, like the floats in urban parades, moving through the town in a festive parade!

Dave Barnhouse Art Print "Saturday Night Special".

Dave's work will look wonderful on your walls at home and at your cabin. The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Saturday Night Special"! Molding is wide Dark Brown with a Gold overhang.

If you've lived or spent much time in small town America, I don't have to tell you that the local racetrack is many time THE focus of the weekend's activities. "Saturday nights," Dave Barnhouse remembers, "was a time of high excitement, and the speedway a great place to rub shoulders and visit with neighbors."

In its colorful details, the driver pictured makes last minute engine adjustments on his '38 Ford coupe. And he's not the only racing devotee in his family... even his son, who is seated in his pedal car which is painted to match his hero's big car is here to furnish some moral support!

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Shelter From the Storm"! Molding is Silver and Brown Antique with a decorative overhang.

Safely sheltered from the pelting rain, two guys are perched on their red pickup truck protected by the overhang of what appears to be a small country eatery. Geese, enjoying the rain, don't need any shelter. Kitty corner, another man stands just barely inside the shed that houses his tractor.

The charm of rural Americana is an obvious inspiration for Barnhouse's "Spirit of Giving"! Framed in molding that's Dark Rustic with Gold overhang, Dark Blue top mat and Autumn Gray inner mat. A farmer on his Oliver tractor has donated time and equipment for the annual Salvation Army sponsored holiday hayride. It's a cold evening and the riders have s stopped at The Salvation Army... perhaps for a cup of hot chocolate to warm them for the rest of the ride. This nostalgic Print is a reminder that young people are the the most precious resource we have, and that The Salvation Army is "on guard" not only in times of crisis, but also in the quieter moments of everyday life. I take my hat off to the humanitarian work of this organization who is on the spot to help all those in need, regardless of race, nationality, religion or any other consideration!
