Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Price ! It was a great price, says on box it is refurbeshed, but it looked brand spanking new to me. Great detail as to looking like a real millitary weapon and so forth. However I was somewhat let down to its power, and the fact that you have to pump it up every single time you shoot it. I was hopeing that a few pumps and you could ping a few cans, not the case. I wish this had been a co2 now, for a more rapid fire experience. I decided to return the item. However it does not discourage me from dealing with SG, they are the best to me !!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is a toy Purchased an M417.177 cal. BB/Pellet Air Rifle. Thought I will be getting a real air riffle. The rifle does not have any power at all. It spits the the BBs with no speed fro maybe about 10 to 15 feet. You can actually see the BBs coming out of the barrel. Do not expect much of it. It is just a toy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crosman M417 refurbished air rifle The Crosman air rifle said refurbished, but when I opened the package, it looked brand new. I added a red dot sight. A sling. A laser. And a flashlight. It looks like it's from Modern Warfare now. As always, great service from Sportsman Guide. I will continue to buy any and airguns and supplies from them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only one thing wrong. It's labeled here as the since-revised banned due to copyright M417 but I received a biggie I guess. I took off the cheap feeling sights that come with it and replaced it with a flip up magpul buis and a a2 carry handle rear. Also swapped the stock for a real Dpms one. Lots of options to customize with real ar Parts. Very accurate and powerful. Cheap trainer. Very close feeling to the real Thing. Hoot to shoot. Good for Adults. Or kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice look. Having the look of AR-carbine. Not sure why it is considered refurbished. It looks brand new. Maybe some one didnt like it. It is noisey while pumping. Make the first shot count, or the varmit will get away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I haven't spent much time with this gun yet, but initially it seems to work fine. It was purchased for my 7 year old grandson who will be visiting this summer. I needed a gun with a short stock, or an adjustable one, and this gun filled the bill perfectly.
