Rated 5 out of 5 by from Advertised as new and they looked new Ordered 4 and sorry I did not order more. Not cheap for a AR mag but they have the reliable tan colored follower and the desired "COLT" stamp.

I&apos;ve had several of these for 3+ years and they work fine with both mil-spec 5.56 and commercial .223 ammo. The major difference between &apos;retail&apos; .223 and mil-spec/surplus ammo is primarily powder, case pressure, and primers. But you need to be sure you AR rifle is capable of firing (safely) mil-spec 5.56 ammo, since NATO ammo is loaded to higher pressures and mil-spec rifles are designed to handle that ammo. <div class="bvseo-author">Answered by: VtToolMan</div> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2014-12-08</div> </div> </div> </div> <script type="text/javascript"> if (document.getElementById('bvseo-questionsSection')) { document.getElementById('bvseo-questionsSection').style.display = 'none'; } </script> <!--end-questions--><ul id="BVSEO_meta" style="display:none!important"> <li data-bvseo="bvDateModified">2015-06-02T16:47CST</li> <li data-bvseo="ps">bvseo_cps, prod_bvqa, vn_cps_3.1.3</li> <li data-bvseo="cp">cp_1, bvpage1</li> <li data-bvseo="co">co_hasquestionsanswers, tq_4</li> <li data-bvseo="cf">loc_en_US, sid_91608, PRD, sort_recentAnswersFirst</li> <li data-bvseo="diagnostics">clientName_sportmansguide</li></ul><!--end-bvseo-questions--><!--BVSEO|dz:Main_Site-en_US|sdk:v1.0.7.0-n|msg:timer 15ms -->
