"Classic Tails" by award - winning artist Charles Wysocki.

Slumbering felines from the master of whimsical Americana art, Mr. Charles Wysocki. A true American success story, Wysocki began his career in art as a sign painter for the U.S. Army. After attending The Art Center of School and Design in Los Angeles, Wysocki became a commercial artist. Though making a living, he yearned for a more creative outlet. In 1960, at the urging of his wife, he began to paint.

He later took his work to a nearby gallery and was offered a one-man show. Within a month, all of his then 40 paintings had sold. And so began a brilliant career that continues today. U.S Art has named Wysocki one of the ten most influential artists since he entered the print market in 1979. Wysocki's work always portrays cheerful, positive feelings and "Classic Tails" is no exception.
