Rated 4 out of 5 by from SHARP I HAVE HAD 3 CHEFSCHOICE SHARPENERS AND THEY ALL PREFORMED GREAT,PUTTING RAZOR SHARP EDGES ON ALL MY KNIVES.ONLY DRAW BACK HAS BEEN THE 3RD STAGE WEARS OUT.IT WOULD HAVE RECEIVED 5 STARS BUT FOR THIS.
