Carbon Express X - force 350 Crossbow, Black is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from a great way to get into crossbows, or to move up from entry level When I was looking for my entry into crossbows, I was hit with a huge gap between entry level junk and $1000 investments. After some research I came across this bow. And I am pleased immensely! I put it together (easy) and read the info supplied, greased it up and took it outside to my targets. The first three shots at 25 yards (two on a rest and one standing) were powerful, fast and deadly. The wind is gusting around 25mph today so I can't zero in yet, but out of the box all three shots are "lethal". The factory preset is maybe 4" high and left at 25yds but I don't know how the wind played with the bolt.In addition, the speed on my chony showed it was shooting above the rating by 10 fps, and I have never, ever had my compound bow shoot through a glen del target. And I shoot a powerful 310fps compound. As you see in the picture, this X force did on all three shots! I was stunned. Even had trouble getting the bolts out! It's a little beefy, but I plan on from hunting blinds and ladders with it, so I will gladly trade an extra pound for that kind of power any day. A sling would have been nice to include in the package though. From the initial testing I did today I can honestly offer the following; If you are moving up from a recurve or older compound type crossbow, you need not spend more if you don't want to. And if you choose this crossbow to start out with, you can be confident it will perform its job well....the rest is up to you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought a new Carbon Express X force last week after I dropped my Horton Vision from my tree stand. Horton went bankrupt this summer , no parts or service . So I bought this now , very happy with the quality and how it shoots. Easy to put together and sight in. One of the best crossbows for the price , half the price of my old Horton. By the way if you own a Horton I have some spare parts !
