Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have read the mixed reviews, but I decided to use my own discretion based on Sportsmansguides reputation. I tried this tenderizer the same day it arrived. I thawed a pack of my last deer season steak and tenderized it. I had no problem with anything becoming loose. The blades remained tight, and meat came out excellent. Clean up was super easy. This was also a Father's Day gift from my family... Loved it!!!!!
