Reviews
Bresser Rangefinder 800 is rated 4.3722 out of 5 by 266.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keep Looking I should have saved my money and looked for a better range finder. Even after the poor reviews, I ordered this unit because of the price. A big mistake. The unit I received turned on fine and switched between yds. and meters fine, it just did not measure distance at all! I returned it and hopefully S.G. will be returning my money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as advertised Needed a longer range unit for my new Remington 270 whose scope is marked out to 600 yards. Got it, tried it, and it consistently read all the way out to 746 yards across the road, across the field to the next tree line. Not five stars because I haven't had it long enough. Still, a very good buy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This range finder worked out of the box. Compared with a friends Bushnell Scout 1000 out to 675 yards compared favorable, only off 1 yard on one target and exact on second target. The accuracy appears to be good in sunshine. Will test on a cloudy day and may post further results. With this range finder priced as it is and tested against one much higher this looks like a best buy. JRP

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding value Unbelievable clarity in the device. The only noticeable flaw was the refresh rate seemed a little slow on the screen. In total darkness with the IR illuminator it was almost too bright. Definitely recommend this as a great value.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crestfallen Purchased one for Christmas. Worked for 5 minutes, then nothing. Exchanged for same model...Worked for 30 seconds, then nothing. returned for a refund. Sportsman's Guide customer service great with both the exchange and later refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money The price was right. Unfortunately that'a all that was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my first ever review. And my first experience with range finders. I have nothing to compare it to other than my old 65 year old tired eye balls. I think it works great, it's easy to set up and easy to use. The asking price was with in range of my budget, that being if it was junk or hard to use in the field I could merely mark it up to a learning experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice unit! Good size, easy to hold, and easy to operate. All functions appear to work as they should. Having both meters and yards info is good for my use. After selected on, the presentation of info seems almost as instantaneous as when the distance button is pushed. Nice case. Well worth the money!
