Received my Barnett Recruit Recurve crossbow. Assembly was simple except for some minor quality control issues. The three hex screws are all the same length. One of the screws was to short to assemble the recurve closure flap. It should have been 1/8" longer to allow the use of the lock washer. The recurve bow itself had visible scrapes as if it slipped in a vise or a bow press. I notified Barnett of these issues. You would expect better from Barnett. Bow very accurate but red dot scope is cheap

Cheap piece of work, not worth the money. If it was $200 cheaper it would be a bargain. Shoots fairly well. Not for hunting. Good for youth or small framed persons to learn the fundamentals on.
