Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Coyote Round Decided to give this round a try. My normal round for varmint and smaller predators is 55gr JHPBT, but the availability and price of my usual stuff was becoming an issue, so, I tried PSP format rounds after good success with Fiocchi's offering. Out of my Bushmaster carbine, this round shot a 5-shot group into one ragged hole @ 100 yards. My brother tried it in his Sig M400 and shot 5 shots into a touching clover-leaf group @ 200 yards. I borrowed a friend's bolt gun (with 20" match barrel) and tried it out to 500 yards. While it managed sub-MOA (best group was 4.91 inches), it is pretty clear that for my purposes, this is a 300 yard round out of my Bushmaster.Which is perfectly fine - that is a very respectable range for a .223 with a light bullet. If I need more, I will switch to heavier bullets or even heavier caliber. The effects of this round are very satisfactory. Got a coyote on a limited-exposure angle with my Bushmaster the first night after zero-checking. Moving diagonal to me, left to right, one shot @ 88y dropped the coyote INSTANTLY. Dog was 48 lbs, male, well-fed and had a significant exit wound on the far side.Bottom line? Excellent hunting round out of my ARs and from the borrowed bolt gun. Price is good, performance better. Considering it for hogs, though I generally like a heavier round for those tanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from INCREDIBLE! for 1:7 barrels... Tested these in 2 guns - 1:7 PTAC upper and a 1:9 (S&W M&P 15) off a lead sled - 100 yards. Tried a few times with the M&P and it could not group them consistently at all. However, out of my PTAC 1:7 I got multiple 5-shot sub-MOA groups - including one 3-shot group of ~.25 MOA!!! This stuff is incredible if your barrel likes it! Best factory .223 I have ever tested!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional This ammo grouped exceptionally well with my Savage Hog Hunter (better than all other 55gr I have tried). The load's reduced sensitivity to temperature fluctuations is an added bonus; I live in the Arizona dessert, where daily highs and lows are frequently 30 degrees apart.
