Rated 5 out of 5 by from great price for the system I am in my late 60`s and it is little more difficult relocating ladder stands when I need to. I used the install system for the first time this past weekend getting ready for next season, I was amazed how easy it was to take stands down and put them up. great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works "one person can put up a tree stand" The system worked great. I was able to put up a large tree stand by myself. The winch housing needs to be a little heavier even if the price has to be upped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tool for the job Makes putting up a ladder stand a cinch for two people, and it could probably be done by one person on level ground and with no wind. It takes all the strain out of the job. The only problem I had was with the strap slipping off the spool and wrapping around the axle because I had not positioned the winch exactly right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ladder Stand It is a really smart idea that does work but you need to take precautions to not crank it really fast because the belt will jump off the wheel and get tangle which can cause some problems...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I needed to put up a double tree stand and used the install system right away. It worked great for the first minute, then a cheap spring broke and the ratchet system wouldn't move correctly. Luckily, the stand was already up when it broke. I was able to put up the 2 man stand by myself. I return the item for replacement. I hope the next one works without breaking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ratchet strap to attach to tree was worn/torn? When used started to rip - need to use another strap we had on hand. Other wise unit worked well.
