Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Please use a name brand battery or the recommended rechargeable. This should be in the start up booklet. Other than that, it works great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from just placed it in the field. It has great options for timed feeding. It will allow me to monitor the feeding time better. Also allows for flush mounting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My LCD screen didn't work correctly. I didn't feel like sending it back so I opened up the unit (just a few screws). I found a small foam pad had slipped off the circuit board and onto the lcd pad. Once I reassembled it in the correct place the unit worked just fine. Total repair time was about 15mins.
