Details & Specs

American Coin TreasuresTM Turn of the Centuries Penny Collection. All pennies aren't created equal.

Over the past 100 years the penny has changed quite dramatically. And this Penny Collection displays just that. It shows the stark differences between the front and back sides of the Indian head penny and the current Lincoln penny. Set includes 3 Indian head pennies minted in 1899, 1900 and 1901; and 3 Lincoln pennies minted in 1999, 2000 and 2001. On the reverse side is a Certificate of Authenticity. Decorative 4 x 5" h. board protects all coins.

A penny saved is a penny earned.

Issued for just one year at the height of WWII, the 1943 Lincoln Steel Penny freed up precious copper for America's war effort. Made from low-grade carbon steel, each Lincoln cent was electrolytically coated with zinc to prevent rusting.

You'll own five of these one-of-a-kind coins in this handsome collection, including one penny from the Philadelphia mint (without mint mark), one each from Denver and San Francisco (each with mint mark), and two views of the wheat reverse. All are mounted under clear polymer in a rich black wood frame, certificate of authenticity included. Don't miss your chance to own a piece of history!
