Set covers the history of American flight through the 20th century. A must for pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Stamps featured include Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis, New York City's famous skyline, and Wilbur and Orville Wright, the pilots of the first free controlled and sustained powered flight by man. Set is housed in a stately 6 x 4 x 1/8" black vinyl portfolio and includes a certificate of authenticity. Weighs 4 ozs.

Displayed on the front is a 6-cent 1938 Eagle Air Mail stamp along side an Eisenhower dollar honoring man's landing on the moon. On the Display's flip side is that coin's obverse with a Twin Motor Transport Plane stamp first issued in 1941, an Air Mail stamp featuring the Lockheed Constellation over New York issued in 1947 and a Wright Brothers commemorative stamp issued in 1949.
