Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice non-stick coating, and we love the red color to match the kitchen d cor. Minus one star because after just a few uses the red on the skillet is showing scratches, through to the aluminum on the bottom where it sat on the burners on our gas stove, but that is no deal breaker!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnificent. My wife saw a cooking episode on TV where bread was made simply in a pot put in the oven. We bought this set for that purpose and it works. It is lighter than cast iron, easy to clean, and well made.
