Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kevlar cord, may be strong, but it's the thickness of sewing thread. The picture in the catalog is deceiving. It looks like it's at least the thickness of boot laces, but I was amazed at how small it was in reality. I bought it for my brother, who originally saw it in the SG catalog and he was surprised at it's size, or rather a lack of it also. He said he'll find a use for it, it just won't be the original use he had intended. Wow, the camera lens must have been on zoom or something. LOL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3-pk. of Kevlar survival cord I find this to be a MUST HAVE item. Small enough to go into your pocket, it can be used in all sorts of emergency situations. Making shelter, snares, lashing, fix broken shoe laces, you name it. For preppers, put some into your bug-out bags. Great for stocking stuffers at Christmas time too!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good quality cord, but not much of it. It looks like heavy duty thread - pics are very misleading in size. Good news though, it will easily fit in the bugout bag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish I had known the cord was only twisted. I had thought it was a braided cord.
