Rated 2 out of 5 by from These magazines were not what I expected and were the very cheap made ones and would not work in my weapon. The good magazines have a rolled seam in the front where it slides in the receiver and from the picture this is what I thought I was getting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not fit in my WWII era M-1 carbine. These magazines were actually slightly wider than the other ones that I had. Totally useless. This was the first defective thing I had to return to SG in 20 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These mags were the worst quality. One was too large to fit in the mag well. One was too small and just fell out of the mag well. Doesn't anybody check these things? Waste of time and a lot of frustration. Just crap. I expected better from the guide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I own two other 20rd M1 magazines from another manufacturer ( ProMag). they fit/function better than this one ( National Mag) The magazine I received is a different shape ( more like a converted 30 rd.) as it has a little "bend" at the lower 1/3rd.I had to file/polish w/emery cloth, the top of the mag at the feeding lips/upper body to get it to fit in the mag well of my Universal M1. Never had to do that before w/any mag. Would not go in before, now it does "w/ a litle coaxing".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These magazines are no good. They are wider at the back (primer end) than the front end. They wouldn't even start in my Universal Carbine so I gave them to a friend of mine who owns several USGI Carbines and they wouldn't go in his either. Must be made in China.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from When I receive two working magazines I can then evaluate I will respond - I am concerned that the 20 round mags are the same size as milspec 15 round mags (see above about shipping damage)
