Rated 4 out of 5 by from Instructions? There was a description on or inside the carton that mentioned a few features inluding the ability to adjust the tension of the spring rod that extends the full length of the cage from underneath the spring platform up to the other end where it hooks onto the cage. I do not know how to adjust this, however, and I would not want the gauge of the material to be any smaller, as its strength and durability is marginal. It still does the job, but must apply sparingly as the large one will wear out before the small one will.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small cage: 3, Large cage: 2 After about two weeks of service, the large trap has caught an adult (sow?) raccoon and a stray black cat, and the small trap has caught an opossum, a young raccoon, and my dumb domestic cat who had no sense to avoid the trap. These events are not counting the several misses that I have experienced when inspecting the emptry tripped traps the following morning which tells me that more varmints are still at large. There is one young raccon still outstanding for certain because I saw all three of the den on the porch last month.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap made Right out of the box I noticed one of the wires of the small trap was only attached about half way across the trap. It honestly looks too small for anything I need so basically a waste to me. I've caught two raccoons in the large trap. The trigger pad is already tore up and bent every way but straight. Not pleased with the product. Too light weight and flimsy. Stout enough to catch rabbits, but for anything else I would stay away from this cheap made product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Traps won't trigger correctly or sometimes not at all, very touchy and came with No instructions

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor choice at best I set the large to remove some of the nuisance raccoon that have been starting to raid the garden. The first night something took the bait without triggering the trap, the 2nd night the bait was gone but triggered after the animal had left. The trigger mechanism is very touchy, and there is NO instructions in the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great price and standard quality. Caught a skunk the first night it was set. With 4 inches of mud in bottom of the trap it held together when picked up and transported. Thought I was after a possum. whew.
