This is the kind of value that "The Guide" is known for coming up with. These appear to be high grade lambs wool! The Italians consider their Mountain Troops to be an elite unit and as such, get the good gear. They are fussy about material and cut. The Long Johns are a Medium Weight. The large size actually fits a large medium 33-35" to slightly large They are not the new tech style product, but they'll work just fine!
