Reviews
12 MRE Dinner Entr es is rated 4.194 out of 5 by 67.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was not what was expected expected the complete meal. from the photo shown and the descriptor you would be lead to think it was a MRE Dinner with Entre'es but it is not it is just the main course. I would suggest changing the picture and it should read MRE Main Entree. I can find 12 MRE meals for 60.00 local. product came 1 pair per meal so that would be 12 entree packs with 2 of the same main entre'es.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MRE Meals worth the money I have no complaints about these meals. I had Hip surgery, so i needed to have something in the house to eat for the first 6 weeks (so they said). Well i bought 6 of these packages of meals (12 meals per package) . I warmed them up in the microwave, it took about 5 minutes. An don't worry about the meal having meat, they load them up. I did add to some of the meals pasta, vegetables, rice and potatoes (all depends what you like). Also Chicken gravy, but that was it. Everything was perfect, except for the Chili, it was way to hot for me.  But if you add some (Bushes) mild Chili beans to it, it is perfect.  I saved the 11 containers of Chili for next winter.  Then i'll have some very easy to make Chili on those cold winter days. An by the way it is loaded with meat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Picture is NOT what you receive! I knew the picture was not what was received, because I ordered these once before. That having been said, the food is good. It 's great when you are hurried, which is why I got it - I seem to always been in a hurry. Good variety, very tasty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MRE Entree vs MRE Meal Caution ! Note there is a difference between "MRE Entrees" and " MRE Meals". I thought I was to receive the MREs used in the military not just single pouches of Entree. The catalog page needs to specify the difference. The photo of a tray of food is misleading advertising, in my opinion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MRE Entrees ... plain and simple The product description is accurate. These are MRE entrees, separated from full MRE meals packages. So you don't get a heater, a side dish, a dessert, a spoon, nor a beverage. I have ordered these 4 times from Sportsman's Guide, and the variety has been relatively decent each time, getting 2 each of 6 different kinds. Yes, you will get varieties that aren't listed (note that it says varieties *may* include). And yes, the product picture *is* very misleading. As of 12/1/2014 it shows a tray with 4 sections filled with food. The contents of 1 MRE entree would more likely be the equivalent of just *1* of the 3 sections on the left of the tray. So, don't buy these expecting to get full super-duper meals for just $3 each. Buy these if you want some pre-cooked, shelf-stable emergency food stockpiles, or if you want something convenient to take camping. But remember that each entree is only about 200-300 calories or so. At $3 per MRE entree, these *are* still a good deal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from you get what you pay for. it was a good deal, but no variety.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great deal. Who can't use some extra MREs?
