The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Sportsman's Guide, Inc (Sponsor), and is administered by Fulfillment Systems, Inc., an independent judging organization.

Online Entry:
Visit a member of the Guide Outdoors Network: www.sportsmansguide.com, or www.bargainoutfitters.com and complete the official entry form. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, street address, e-mail address and phone number. This information will never be sold, traded or shared with anyone.

Monthly Prizes will be awarded in (12) twelve separate drawings, held as indicated in the table below. You may also earn up to (10) additional chances to win when you click on the "Tell a Friend" icon button and provide names and valid e-mail addresses of friends and family members. For each e-mail address you refer that signs up for a newsletter, you will earn an additional entry for the month the referral was confirmed and an additional entry for the Grand Prize drawing. Online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an e-mail entry, the entry will be assumed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

Mail Entry:
To enter by mail, send a 3x5 card on which you have printed your first and last name, street address and phone number to: The Guide Outdoors Network Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3041, St Cloud, MN 56397-3041. To qualify for the monthly prize drawing, you must enter the sweepstakes each month for that month's drawing and your entry must be received by the mail-in entry period deadline for that month. Limit one entry per envelope. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries not permitted. For Both Entry Methods, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of The Sportsman's Guide, Inc and will not be returned.

Winner Selection:
All monthly prizes will be awarded in random drawings held as indicated in the table below from among all eligible entries received during each entry period. Odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize winners will be notified by phone or by mail. Please note: All times are Central Standard Time (CST).

The Final Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/15/09, from among all cumulative eligible entries received. The random drawing will be held by Fulfillment Systems, Inc., an independent judging organization.

FINAL GRAND PRIZE:
(1) Grand Prize of $25,000 Cash and (1) Trip for Two, to Hawaii. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport near the winner's residence to Honolulu, Oahu. This trip includes 6 days/7 nights in Hawaii (approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $30,800). Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuation, location of the destination relative to the departure city and timing of the trip. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specified in these Official Rules including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel is based on availability, excludes holiday periods and other blackout periods. The trip must be taken between April 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010. or the trip will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation will be given. Winner must make all travel arrangements through the Sponsor to be completed by 1/15/10. If the winner is unable to take required action by stated dates (I.e., make travel arrangements by 1/15/10 and complete prize travel by 8/31/10), the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity and Liability release within 14 days of the date of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Guest of the Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release, prior to issuance of the travel documents. Winners agree to use their name and/or likeness in any promotion activities without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitutions will be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any taxes or fees which may arise and be due or asserted on account of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

MONTHLY PRIZES:
There will be (51) monthly prizes consisting of: (1) First Prize - $100 Gift Certificate X 12 months = $1,200 ARV and (10) Second Prizes - $50 Gift Certificates for 12 months = $6,000 ARV. The grand prize ARV = $30,800. Total ARV of all prizes = $38,000.

ELIGIBILITY:
You must be 18 years of age or older, as of November 1, 2008 to be eligible to participate in The Sportsman's Guide Sweepstakes*. Offered and open only to legal residents fo the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Florida). Sweepstakes is void in Florida, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories and possessions. The Sportsman's Guide, their parent, their respecitve affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the judging agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sportsman's Guide, its officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for: 1) incorrectly sent or received electronic or mailed entries; 2) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer problems; 3) errors or delays in sending entries; 4) any events beyond the control of the sponsor, which causes the Sweepstakes to be stopped; 5) any losses or damages caused by the acceptance or use of the prize or from participation in the sweepstakes; or 6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and its independent judging organization may stop you from participating in the Sweepstakes if you repeatedly ignore the Sweepstakes Official Rules or act: a) in a manner they determine to be not fair; b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or c) in any other disruptive manner.
