This ensures a truly heirloom quality piece that will last for generations to come. Two log side rails per side also work to increase the Bed's strength. The one of a kind"Glacier Country" look is achieved by removing the outer bark while leaving the inner layer and then applying 3 coats of premium grade, clear lacquer. Some assembly required.

Note: Log furniture is subject to the natural process of checking or splitting as the wood releases moisture. No compromise on strength, only builds character.
