They're perfectly spiced and textured, slowly smoked over hickory and hardwood. You get 6 types, 6 ozs. each: buffalo, venison (5 ozs.), elk, antelope, wild boar and classic summer sausage. The wild game meats are from New Zealand, blended (as must be, by law) with USA beef.
