The patent-pending universal forward mount of the Plow Kit u-bolts or clamps directly to the toughest part of your ATV frame. This requires a winch or electric lift.
The Plow Kit starts with a rugged 52-inch, 14-gauge steel blade. That blade has a five-position blade angle. There's a double layer of steel at the "X" for added strength in action, heavy-duty three-piece steel and tube frame. The X-Factor universal forward mount installs on most ATVs from 2002 through current models. The easy-on/off push frame removes with two simple bail pins. The forward-mounted frame allows for a substantially higher blade lift than similar plows.
Other smart design elements include dual trip springs with height-adjustable skid shoes. Finally there's a double-sided wear bar that flips over to increase its lifespan. The Kolpin X-Factor Plow Kit weighs 84 pounds.
